Changes in toke lau

 often country's  don't allow women to take part in being the council.But since now  tokelau allowed woman.It is because the elders or the faipule choose that skill woman are needed to play an important role in the  development of Tokelau.

Another problem that's changing in Tokelau is the population. Tokelau had its latest census in 2006 where it recorded a maximum of 1450. people. In October 2004 there was a General Fono decision that there be a population count in December 2004 and every 3rd year thereafter.They that more of the people are leaving .A lot of them a the leaving for education.One thing that the coucils are  thinking is make tokelau more modern so that the who left tokelau would come back.

On my opinion Tokelau needs skilled people around 15 to 20 of age.This way tokelau.It is affecting alot of old Tokelauans because they are very poor

In the video, I learn that more people from Tokelau are leaving overseas to get a better education. The challenges Tokelau a  facing is that every 16+ people get educated and they do not return back to the island. After they educated they would choose to look for a better life overseas rather than return back to the people and family's who wer'e them through their life.
