In the video, I learn that more people from Tokelau are leaving overseas to get a better education. The challenges Tokelau a facing is that every 16+ people get educated and they do not return back to the island. After they educated they would choose to look for a better life overseas rather than return back to the people and family's who wer'e them through their life.
